Balicasag Island


Balicasag Iceland is probably the most famous island in the diving community. 25 minutes from Alona Beach, especially appreciated due to their large barracuda and Makrelenschwaerme. Not just for divers, this 25-acre island lot, snorkelers will get their costs!

You then wanders around the island there is so much to discover: an old lighthouse, a small school, different sari-sari stores, and of course The houses of the islanders, playing and singing children, cooking women running around animals … a trip that is worth it.




Approximately an hour’s boat ride from Alona Beach lies the beautiful island of Pamilacan. Hardly touched by tourism – the perfect place to relax and unwind in the company of locals.

Fantastic beaches, crystal blue waters, and above all: lots and lots of rest. You can stay overnight in simple huts on the beach or right in the hammock, cooking for one is struck by the ansa vinegars women.

Fishermen offer fantastic Whale and Dolphin watching tours.


Cabilao Island



Cabilao island lies between Bohol and Cebu and can be reached in about 2.5 hours from Alona Beach. The island is known for its tranquility and originality because of the fantastic diving.

Earlier the island was especially known for its large swarms of hammerhead sharks. This can be seen today, unfortunately, hardly for that the corals around the island is a dream for every diver.

Siquijor Island

A “magical” island, in the truest sense of the word. Siquijor is located in the Visayas, 33km away from Alona Beach, reached by a Banca in about two and a half hours.

Siquijor was earlier “Isla del Fuego” since her volcano at night haunted fire when the Spaniards sailed past with their fleet.

Should you want to explore while diving and snorkeling, the underwater world of the offshore coral reefs, conquered the island, the caves, the rainforest and waterfalls on bicycle, motorcycle or jeep tours or enjoy the sun on miles of pristine sandy beach.

The famous healing massage local healers should let no one escape. It is also possible yoga or oil paintings by local artists to learn.
